Egyptian laws and regulations, including the Egyptian Personal

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

• Account information, login status, saved addresses and account
  preferences.
• Order information, including purchased products, order status,
  invoices, returns, refunds, warranty information and customer

  authorized payment providers. Please do not send complete card
  details, passwords or verification codes by email, WhatsApp or
  through a privacy request.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser
  type, device information, pages visited, referral information
  and online identifiers.
• Privacy and consent records, including the date of the choice,
  the applicable notice, the selected categories and any later
  withdrawal or modification.
• Information you provide when contacting customer service,
  submitting a request, reviewing a product or communicating
  with us.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

• Operate, maintain and secure our website and services.
• Create and administer customer accounts.
• Process, deliver, return, refund and support orders.
• Verify transactions and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Provide warranties, customer support and after-sales service.
• Comply with accounting, tax, regulatory and legal obligations.

• Measure website and advertising performance after the relevant
  optional consent has been granted.
• Provide personalized advertising after you have made the
  separate applicable choice.

4. Legal Grounds and Your Choices

We process information only for specified and legitimate purposes.
Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary to perform
our contract with you, comply with a legal obligation, protect our
legitimate rights and services, or act on your explicit consent
where consent is required.

The Privacy Settings tool controls only the optional website technologies shown in it. A cookie choice does not authorize iMedia Stores to use or upload customer identifiers for Customer Match or other customer-list advertising, and it does not subscribe anyone to Email, SMS, or WhatsApp marketing. Those purposes are not offered or recorded through this tool. If iMedia Stores offers any of them at a separate collection point, it must provide a separate just-in-time notice and obtain the required affirmative choice or another valid documented legal basis. Operational messages concerning orders, delivery, account security, customer support, returns, refunds or warranty are not marketing messages.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies and similar technologies help operate and protect the
website, maintain the shopping cart, remember privacy choices,
measure performance and, where permitted, support advertising.

Necessary Technologies

Necessary technologies support security, shopping-cart operation,
checkout, account sessions and the storage of your privacy choice.
They cannot be disabled through our preference center because the
requested service could not operate correctly without them.

Optional Technologies

Functional, Analytics and Advertising technologies are optional
and remain disabled unless you select the relevant category.
Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent checkout.

6. Advertising and Personalized Advertising Data

If you consent to Advertising technologies, we may use approved
advertising and measurement technologies to measure campaigns,
understand whether an advertisement resulted in a visit or
purchase, limit repeated advertising and support remarketing.

Website Advertising consent is separate from consent to use
customer records for personalized advertising.

Selecting ordinary website cookies does not automatically
authorize the use of your order history or contact details for
Customer Match or another customer-list audience. That use
requires the separate applicable choice or another legally
permitted and documented basis.

We do not use a historical customer record for personalized
advertising merely because the customer previously placed an
order, created an account or accepted ordinary website cookies.

7. Direct Marketing

Email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing are separate optional choices.
We will use a channel for direct marketing only where the required
permission for that channel has been recorded.

Marketing communications will identify the sender and marketing
purpose and will provide a clear method to unsubscribe or withdraw
consent. You may also withdraw a marketing choice by contacting

Withdrawal applies to future marketing. We may retain a limited
suppression record where necessary to ensure that your withdrawn
contact is not added again to the same marketing channel.

8. Service Providers and Data Recipients

Where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, we may
share limited personal information with authorized service
providers acting on our behalf or providing services requested by
you, including:

• Website hosting, infrastructure and security providers.
• Payment processing and transaction-verification providers.
• Shipping, delivery, returns and customer-support providers.
• Accounting, warranty, fraud-prevention and technical providers.
• Analytics and advertising providers, including Google, Meta,
  Microsoft Clarity and TikTok, only for the applicable approved
  purposes and consent choices.
• Cloudflare and similar security or content-delivery providers
  used to protect and deliver the website.
• Regulators, courts or public authorities where disclosure is
  required by applicable law or a valid legal order.

Providers may only receive information reasonably necessary for
their service and must handle it according to applicable legal,
contractual and security requirements.

9. International Processing and Transfers

Some technology, security, analytics or advertising providers may
process information using systems or personnel located outside
Egypt. Where a cross-border transfer or disclosure is involved,
we will handle it in accordance with applicable Egyptian data
protection requirements and any required licences, permits,
approvals, contracts and safeguards.

Publishing this Policy does not, by itself, authorize an
international transfer. Optional advertising or analytics
processing remains subject to the relevant consent choice and
applicable regulatory requirements.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably
necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for
applicable legal, accounting, tax, warranty, fraud-prevention,
dispute-resolution and regulatory requirements.

• Order, invoice, tax and warranty records are retained for the
  applicable statutory or operational period.
• Account information is retained while the account is active
  and for any necessary period afterwards.
• Cookie and technology expiry periods are described in the
  Cookie Notice.
• Consent, withdrawal and direct-marketing records may be
  retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance.
• Advertising-audience membership is limited to the applicable
  purpose, consent status and platform-supported duration.

When information is no longer required, it will be deleted,
anonymized or securely restricted, subject to applicable legal
obligations.

11. Security Measures

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards
designed to protect personal information from unauthorized
access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These safeguards
may include encrypted connections, access controls, security
monitoring, firewalls, backups and restricted administrative
access.

No internet or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Customers should protect their account credentials and never
share passwords or one-time verification codes.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may have
the right to:

• Know whether we process personal information about you.
• Request access to and a copy of your personal information.
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion where retention is not required by law or
  another valid basis.
• Withdraw a consent choice for future processing.
• Object to or restrict processing in applicable cases.

• Be informed of a qualifying personal-data breach where
  notification is required by applicable law.
• Submit a complaint to the competent Egyptian data protection

13. Privacy, Access and Deletion Requests

Registered customers and guest purchasers may submit a request.
We may ask for limited information through a private channel to
verify identity and protect the customer’s information. Please do
not include complete card details, passwords or verification codes.

A deletion request does not require us to delete records that must
be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, warranty
or dispute purposes. Where full deletion is not available, we will
restrict the information to the required purpose where appropriate.

14. Children’s Information

Our website is not directed to children acting independently
without a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly use
children’s personal information for personalized advertising.
Where guardian consent is legally required, the relevant service
should not be used without that consent.

4. الأسس القانونية واختياراتك

نعالج البيانات لأغراض محددة ومشروعة فقط. وقد تكون المعالجة
ضرورية لتنفيذ التعاقد معك، أو للوفاء بالتزام قانوني، أو لحماية
حقوقنا وخدماتنا المشروعة، أو استنادًا إلى موافقتك الصريحة
عندما تكون الموافقة مطلوبة.

تساعد ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة على تشغيل الموقع
وحمايته، والحفاظ على سلة المشتريات، وتذكر اختيارات الخصوصية،
وقياس الأداء، ودعم الإعلانات عند السماح بذلك.

التقنيات الضرورية

تدعم التقنيات الضرورية حماية الموقع، وتشغيل سلة المشتريات،
وإتمام الطلب، وجلسات الحساب، وحفظ اختيار الخصوصية. ولا يمكن

6. الإعلانات وبيانات الإعلانات المخصصة

إذا وافقت على تقنيات الإعلانات، فقد نستخدم تقنيات إعلانية
وقياسية معتمدة لقياس الحملات، ومعرفة ما إذا أدى الإعلان إلى
زيارة أو عملية شراء، والحد من تكرار الإعلان، ودعم إعادة
الاستهداف الإعلاني.

موافقة تقنيات الإعلانات على الموقع منفصلة عن الموافقة على
استخدام سجلات العملاء في الإعلانات المخصصة.

لا يعني قبول ملفات الارتباط العادية على الموقع تلقائيًا الموافقة

إتاحة للبيانات عبر الحدود، نلتزم بمتطلبات حماية البيانات
المصرية السارية وأي تراخيص أو تصاريح أو موافقات أو تعاقدات أو
ضمانات مطلوبة.

لا يُعد نشر هذه السياسة، بمفرده، تصريحًا بالنقل الدولي. كما تظل
المعالجة الاختيارية للإعلانات أو التحليلات خاضعة لاختيار
الموافقة المناسب والمتطلبات التنظيمية المطبقة.

10. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بالبيانات الشخصية فقط للمدة اللازمة بصورة معقولة للغرض
الذي جُمعت من أجله، وكذلك للمتطلبات القانونية والمحاسبية
والضريبية ومتطلبات الضمان ومنع الاحتيال وتسوية النزاعات
والالتزامات التنظيمية المطبقة.

• يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير والضرائب والضمان خلال
  المدة القانونية أو التشغيلية المطبقة.
• يتم الاحتفاظ ببيانات الحساب أثناء نشاط الحساب وللمدة
  اللازمة بعد ذلك.
• توضح مدد ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات في إشعار ملفات
  الارتباط.
• قد نحتفظ بسجلات الموافقة والسحب والتسويق المباشر للمدة
  اللازمة لإثبات الالتزام.
• تقتصر عضوية الجماهير الإعلانية على الغرض المطبق وحالة
  الموافقة والمدة التي تدعمها المنصة.

عندما تنتفي الحاجة إلى البيانات، يتم حذفها أو إخفاء هويتها أو
تقييدها بأمان، مع مراعاة الالتزامات القانونية المطبقة.

11. التدابير الأمنية

نستخدم تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة تهدف إلى حماية البيانات
الشخصية من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقد أو إساءة الاستخدام أو
التعديل أو الإفصاح. وقد تشمل هذه التدابير الاتصالات المشفرة،

الاحتياطية، وتقييد صلاحيات الإدارة.

لا يمكن لأي نظام متصل بالإنترنت أو نظام تخزين أن يضمن الحماية
المطلقة. لذلك يجب على العملاء حماية بيانات تسجيل الدخول وعدم

12. حقوقك المتعلقة بالخصوصية

وفقًا للقانون المطبق وبعد التحقق من الهوية، قد يحق لك:

• إبلاغك بوقوع اختراق مؤهل للبيانات الشخصية عندما يكون
  الإبلاغ مطلوبًا بموجب القانون.
• تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المصرية المختصة بحماية البيانات
  حيثما ينطبق ذلك.

13. طلبات الخصوصية والوصول والحذف

لتقديم طلب وصول أو تصحيح أو سحب موافقة أو اعتراض أو حذف، أرسل
بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى

بعنوان «طلب خصوصية».

يجوز للعملاء المسجلين والمشترين كضيوف تقديم الطلبات. وقد نطلب
معلومات محدودة عبر قناة خاصة للتحقق من الهوية وحماية بيانات
العميل. ويُرجى عدم تضمين بيانات البطاقة الكاملة أو كلمات المرور
أو رموز التحقق.

لا يلزمنا طلب الحذف بمحو السجلات التي يجب الاحتفاظ بها لأغراض
قانونية أو ضريبية أو محاسبية أو متعلقة بمنع الاحتيال أو الضمان
أو النزاعات. وعند تعذر الحذف الكامل، نقيد البيانات بالغرض
المطلوب حيثما كان ذلك مناسبًا.

14. بيانات الأطفال

لا يستهدف الموقع الأطفال الذين يتعاملون بصورة مستقلة دون ولي
أمر أو وصي قانوني. ولا نستخدم عن علم بيانات الأطفال الشخصية في
الإعلانات المخصصة. وعندما تكون موافقة ولي الأمر مطلوبة قانونًا،
يجب عدم استخدام الخدمة المعنية دون هذه الموافقة.

15. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عندما تتغير خدماتنا أو تقنياتنا أو مقدمو
الخدمات أو التزاماتنا القانونية. وعندما يكون ذلك مطلوبًا،
سنقدم إشعارًا إضافيًا أو نطلب موافقة جديدة قبل بدء معالجة
اختيارية مختلفة بصورة جوهرية.
